Email is the only reliable way to reach us. There is no message board and no social account monitored for support.
What gets a reply
- Corrections: a scientific name, temperature range, pH or adult size on a card is wrong. Include the card URL and your source.
- Content requests: you want a species card we have not written yet, or a build log for a tank type we have not covered. Tell us the volume and the gear you already own.
- Licensing: enquiries about republishing, translating or quoting the site.
- Privacy and data: GDPR or CCPA access, correction or deletion requests.
- Technical: a page will not load, an image is missing, or the layout breaks on your device. Include your browser and roughly when it happened.
What we cannot answer
Fish disease diagnosis. We are not veterinarians and cannot identify a cause from a photograph. Take those questions to an aquatic vet, or to a shop that can do a skin scrape.
Shopping advice comparing specific models. We do not run affiliate links and would rather not turn a reply into a buying guide.
Response time
The mailbox is read on working days. Correction reports usually move fastest because they can be verified and fixed. If your question concerns a species we already cover, the card body probably answers it - start there.
